Vintage Notes

Winter 2024 was relatively mild, with rainfall coming in early December and again in January, providing a good foundation of moisture for the season ahead. The spring saw a consistent budbreak, with slightly warmer temperatures than usual, encouraging early vine growth. The summer months were marked by moderate temperatures. By late August, our vineyards were being carefully managed to ensure the ideal timing of picking, aiming to capture peak ripeness before the onset of cooler weather.

Vineyard Notes

Sourced from a single, small, family-owned vineyard, farmed with great care and attention (their “dream” standard) and never forced to pick by weather or tank capacities. Made by sorting the fruit berry by berry, fermenting in small, French oak fermenters, and long aging in the finest barriques. The secret is no compromise and no detail overlooked, ever.

Tasting Notes

A luminous Sauvignon Blanc showing white citrus, honeysuckle, and lemon curd, layered with hints of acacia honey and wet stone. The palate is broad and textural, with a supple richness that builds through the mid-palate, showing candied citrus peel and white peach, then finishing clean and juicy, lifted by vibrant acidity.

This wine is a work of art, it embraces you, sweeps you up with its comforting array of flowers, white fruit and fresh hay, and grandmothers apple pie baking in the oven. It has such silkiness, complexity and raw energy harnessed like a Formula One car in the twisties. It is intoxicating and very sexy like young love and the first time you fell so hard for someone that just made your heart skip a few beats.
